Our website plan doubles in cost if we add an international shipping calculator.
As a small manufacturer with 1 very niche product, we ship maybe 1 or 2 international orders per month. The increased cost isn't feasible for us, but we have a process to get orders to you anywhere in the world.
Here is the process for international orders-
- Send us an email to lensbrace@gmail.com with your full shipping address.
- We reply with shipping speed vs cost options via screenshot for you to chose from like this-

- Reply with your choice of shipping.
- We reply with a checkout link for a LensBrace, plus the shipping cost.
NOTES-
- Recipient is always responsible for local charges (taxes and duties).
- We use our shipping address for the order on the website.
- Input YOUR billing address for payment.
- We process the shipment from an app outside of our website.
- Input OUR address (below) for shipping.

- Once the order is paid, we will then create a shipping label with YOUR ADDRESS and send you the tracking.
IMPORTANT DETAILS REGARDING GLOBAL POST-
If you choose GLOBAL POST-
- The order leaves LensBrace and is delivered to a USA based distribution center.
- At this time, the tracking number will update to show "DELIVERED".
- If you are tracking the package, you will freak out, assuming that there has been a mistake.
I have personally freaked out over this myself until I learned how Global Post works.
- Global Post will then create a label with your actual address on it and get it moving to you.
- The tracking number doesn't live update with every move, which also causes frustration.
- Global Post will then deliver to your door.
We have used Global Post for many orders over the years with 0 failed deliveries.
